What is Cardio Tennis

Cardio tennis is a fun, tennis themed workout which requires no previous tennis experience or ability. These sessions are a great way to start tennis if you have never played before as they involve hitting lots of tennis balls. For the same reason, they're also suitable for frequent tennis players as there is plenty of opportunity to practice your shots, all whilst improving your fitness
